“Color Friends” invites one on a journey where colors talk and mix to create a unique form out of pure color. Discover the power of color through poetic prose and art in movement. “The Color Friends Meet Someone New” book 2 was born out of the impulse to discover a new way to see brown. “Brown is made from all of us mixed together. We must be kind to her,” says Green. Messages in the book include art appreciation, botany and nature, inclusivity, friendship and diversity.
I hope to inspire art creations in the hands of both young and old alike. There is nothing like mixing paint together to make unique shades of purple or orange or green. For the young child it may be satisfying to just make brown!
